Royal wedding fever!

The biggest event of the year is now just days away, when Prince William will marry Princess to be Kate Middleton in one of the most anticipated occasions of the year.

With the big day just around the corner, speculation is still growing over who is going to be the triumphant designer of Kate Middleton’s largely talked about wedding dress. A whole host of British designer names have been thrown around, from Jasper Conran to Alexander McQueen and now Libelula founder Sophie Cranston who is now in the frame. The Londoner set up Libelula nearly ten years ago and has already worked for legendary designers Alexander McQueen and Alice Temperley. Sophie has previously dressed Kate in a number of outfits for prior events and has a bespoke line of beautiful wedding dresses from which Kate could take great inspiration from, as well as her award winning collection of day dresses which we feature on DesignerClothing.com. To take a look at the range of Libelula dresses on DesignerClothing.com, click here.

We're also celebrating the historical day in style with a range of royal wedding inspired clothing, accessories and gifts. DesignerClothing.com has a selection that includes t-shirts, bags and accessories available from one of our great British designers, Ted Baker. So you could still be a part of the celebrations by purchasing some of our featured memorabilia of the big day, even if you didn’t get your invite.
